Not returnable once installed: For hygienic reasons, once this product has been installed, it is not returnable.

Return Policy

ProperWash.com is committed to making your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible.

-We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, only if the item has not been used and installed. The customer will be charged for return shipping and 10% re-stocking fees apply on return.

- The warranty is for 2 year (repairs or replace on models , PW-100 and PW-200).

Items That May be Exchanged

• Defective Merchandise
• Merchandise that is the wrong color, size or style.
• Merchandise that was ordered incorrectly.
• Merchandise that was not shipped correctly or was mispacked.
• Merchandise that has not been installed.
• Merchandise that is being exchanged within the 30 day exchange period.
• Merchandise that is of equal or greater value.

Defective Merchandise must be exchanged for the same product.

110% Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price within 15 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll refund 110% of the difference.

We are not liable for any claims in excess of the auction or selling sale value of the item purchased. Including any liability.

For products not being available for use. We will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any 3rd party except as expressly provided herein. Our sole liability for any claims, whether based in contract or tort, at law or in equity, for any loss or damages arising, resulting from, or connected with the products, and this agreement shall be limited to the lesser of the actual amount of such loss or damages or the purchase price paid by customer for the products that are the subject of the claim.
